PARTY FUN All of Blue Tree Lagoon's beaches, games, and activities are accessible with a ticket; adult water slides, Zip Line, and Ninja Warrior are not included.

All of Blue Tree Lagoon's beaches, games, and attractions, such as all water slides, Zipline, and Ninja Warrior, are accessible with an ACTION Ticket. This action ticket is not intended for use by minors.

Youngsters (0–11 years old) require the presence of a paying adult at all times. 

Regardless of age, all children taller than 120 cm will be charged at adult rates. The attraction retains the authority to bill visitors immediately.

Children under 90 cm tall enter free of charge.

There are minimum height limits for several rides.

On-site towel rentals are available for an extra fee.

There are spaces for storage at the location. For pricing, please speak with the Blue Tree Phuket personnel on location.

Please wear proper swimwear, such as baby swim nappies, to lower the danger of contamination and waterborne sickness.

It is not permitted to bring outside food or beverages inside the venue.

If the visitor chooses not to travel or visit the attraction, there will be no reimbursement.

The tour must be finished in four hours, including the reconfirmation of the pick-up time prior to the service date. Any delays brought on by the visitor can result in an additional fee or no-show.

The pick-up time must be specified while making the reservation. Prior to the servicing date, the precise pick-up time must be confirmed once more.

All schedules are subject to change in the event of unforeseen circumstances, traffic, weather, and/or a high volume of guests during peak hours. 

Requests for adjustments resulting from unforeseen events must be made solely with the duty manager and are subject to availability and the terms of the tour. Change-related messages left with drivers and guides won't be accepted.

After the driver and guide arrive at the hotel for the pick-up, there can be a maximum waiting period of five minutes. The guide will check the lobby concierge area for the guest, and if they are not there, they will contact their hotel room. The guide and driver will depart the property and it will be deemed a NO SHOW if they do not hear back from the room.

If a guest does not board the transfer service, they are responsible for making their own travel and tour arrangements. There is no need for a refund or rescheduling.

Regarding Transfer & Tours: Visitors are asked to be at the designated pickup area or hotel  five minutes early. Depending on traffic, other guests being picked up, and the hotel's location along the route, there may be a 30- to 45-minute delay.

In the event that a guest is not present when the vehicle arrives, there will be no refund and no option to reschedule the tour for a later day or time.
