Meeting point
- 1.Our Bus departs from Siam Paragon every 45 minutes, starting from 9.00 AM to 3.00 PM. The Bus Stop at Siam Paragon is in front of LOCK BOX Plus+ located on the Ground Floor – Gate 1. Our service counter is also at Gate 1 and is next to Bangkok Bank.
- 2.You can redeem the ticket at the meeting point at Siam Paragon or simply show your confirmation to the bus driver at any of our bus stops. The bus driver will redeem the ticket and will allow you to join the tour.
- 3.Please arrive at the bus stop 15 minutes before departure time.
Important Information
Bus Stop at Siam Paragon is in front of LOCK BOX Plus+ on Ground Floor- South Gate. South Gate is next to Bangkok Bank. Please note that you do not need to redeem the ticket at the meeting point. Simply bring the confirmation and show it to the driver or staff at any of the bus stops. The bus driver will issue a ticket and let you hop on the bus. Please arrive at the bus stop 15 minutes before the bus leaves.
Know before you go
- 1.The ticket is available based on the validation time. For example, if you purchase a 24-hour ticket and get on the bus at 2 PM on Tuesday, the ticket is valid until 2 PM on Wednesday. However, the bus doesn't run 24 hours.
- 2. The bus tours are fully narrated. The narration is triggered by GPS and is pre-recorded in 7 languages. Languages include English, Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin), Korean, German, French, and Thai.
- 3. Children aged 5 and under are free of charge.
- 4. Please arrive at the bus stop 10-15 minutes prior to the bus arrival time. However, please be aware that the bus may be delayed due to an unforeseen traffic jam or accident.
- 5. Buses depart every 60 minutes daily from 9 AM—3 PM from the first bus stop.
- 6. From the first to the last bus stop, without getting off the bus, the route takes approximately 3–3.5 hours, depending on the traffic and road closures.

Activity Package Policy
1.No refund is applicable should the guest not travel or visit the attraction.
2.The tour should be completed within 24 hours, 48 hours or 72 hours depending on your bought ticket.
3.All schedules are subject to change due to traffic, weather conditions and the number of guests during peak times or any other unforeseen reasons.
4.Any changes requested due to unavoidable circumstances have to be made strictly with the Duty Manager and would remain subject to availability and conditions of the Tour. Messages left with Guides and Drivers for changes will not be considered valid.
