What To Expect at Bangkok Chaophraya Princess Dinner Cruise Ticket- Indian Buffet Menu

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

    • 1. Check-in Point: ICONSIAM (Counter at Sooksiam zone, G floor, Behind Naraya shop) 
      • 2. Check-in time: 18.30 hrs - 1900 hrs
      • 3. Cruise Departure/Sailing time: 19.30 hrs
      • 4. Cruise Return arrival time: 21.30 hrs
      • 5. No Refunds will be made for no-shows or late arrivals.

      Dress Code: Smart Casuals 

      Includes: Indian/International Buffet Menu, Tea, and Coffee.

      Does not Include: Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages are not included in the package and must be paid extra.

      • Chaophraya Child Policy: Aged between 5-10 years of age AND 100 cm in height. For children found to be taller than 100 cm regardless of their age, the cruise reserves the right to charge extra on the spot. 
      • 6. Please bring an umbrella during the rainy season as there may be areas with limited coverage during the boarding/docking pier.
        • 7. In the event of rain during this monsoon season, Chaophraya Princess Cruise reserves the right to rearrange the seats.
        • 8. Seats for the Chaophraya Princess are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. During the booking process, no seat reservations are made or held.
        • 9. No Refunds will be made for no-shows or late arrivals.

        • 11. Buffet Dinner on board Chao Phraya Princess includes International Buffet Menu, Tea, and Coffee. Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages are not included in the package and must be paid extra. 
        • 12. The pick-up time for SIC Tour mentioned on the Voucher is an estimate only. The final pick-up time will be advised prior to service, based on routing. 

        • 13. SIC waiting time is 5 minutes from the time driver arrives for pickup. If guests are not found in the lobby, the tour will be declared a no-show and the driver will leave the hotel for the next pick-up. 

        • 14. Private waiting time is 5 minutes from the time driver arrives for pickup. If guests are not found in the lobby, the tour will be declared a no-show and the driver will leave the hotel for the next pick-up.

        • 11. Guests who miss the scheduled pick-up organised by TravelBullz may arrive at Pier 2 at Icon Siam directly to redeem the cruise by presenting the TravelBullz PNR number.

        • 2.Price is valid only for Buffet or Set meals. Price does not include Beverages and Hard Liquor
        • 3.Please put in special remark you are Vegetarian, Non-Vegetarian, Mix - Veg-Non Veg. 
        • 4.No refund applicable for unutilized services
        • 5.The start time or pick-up time mentioned in the voucher is tentative. Please refer to the final service voucher/ Welcome Kit received upon arrival
        • 6.The service Provider will reconfirm the pick-up time one day prior to the service.
        • 7.All schedules are subject to change due to traffic, weather conditions and the number of guests during peak times or any other unforeseen reasons.
        • 8.Any changes requested due to unavoidable circumstances have to be made strictly with the Duty Manager and would remain subject to availability and conditions of the Tour.
        • 9.Messages left with Guides and Drivers for changes will not be considered valid.
        • 10.Bookings made with incomplete information, the service provider reserves the right to deny booking automatically, or charge retail rate directly from guests and make in the tour.
        • 11.The maximum waiting time is 05 mins, from the time the Guide/ Driver reports at the hotel for pick-up. The guide will look for the guest in the Lobby/Concierge area and if the guest is not found, will call the hotel room. If no answer is received from the room, the guide/driver will leave the premises and it will be considered a No-Show.
        • 12.Guest who fails to avail of the service will have to make their own arrangement for transfers/tours. No Refund or Reschedule is applicable
        • 13.For Transfers & Tours: Guests are requested to be at the place of pickup/hotel lobby 05 minutes before the pick-up time as mentioned in the itinerary and may have to wait for a period of about 30 -45 minutes - depending upon - traffic, location of the hotel pick-ups scheduled for the day on the route.
        • 14.Any guests not found at the time of vehicle arrival would be considered NO SHOW and no refund or rescheduling of their tour for another day or time would be considered
