1. Cruise Sailing Time: 19:00 hrs

2. Pick-up/Drop-off at ICON Siam Boat Pier.

3. No Refunds will be made for no-shows or late arrivals.

4. Dress Code: Smart Casuals.

5. Buffet Dinner on board Saffron Cruise includes International Buffet Menu, Tea, and Coffee. Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages are not included in the package and must be paid extra.

6. Private transfer pick-up may be changed upon request at the time of booking, however, we do not recommend changing it to later than 17:00 hrs. Pick-uptime change while on the guests on tour must be received at least 8 hours prior to service. The last-minute time change will be on request depending on the availability of the driver and is not guaranteed.

Activity Package Policy

  1. 1. Price is valid only for Set Menu-4 Courses. Price does not include Soft Beverages and Alcoholic Drinks.
  2. 2. Please put in special remark you are Vegetarian, Non-Vegetarian, Mix - Veg-Non Veg.
  3. 3. No refund applicable for unutilized services.
  4. 4. The start time or pick-up time mentioned in the voucher is tentative. Please refer to the final service voucher/Welcome Kit received upon arrival.
  5. 5. The service Provider will reconfirm the pick-up time one day prior to the service.
  6. 6. All schedules are subject to change due to traffic, weather conditions and the number of guests during peak times or any other unforeseen reasons.
  7. 7. Any changes requested due to unavoidable circumstances have to be made strictly with the Duty Manager and would remain subject to availability and conditions of the Tour. Messages left with Guides and Drivers for changes will not be considered valid.
  8. 8. Bookings made with incomplete information, the service provider reserves the right to deny booking automatically, or charge retail rate directly from guests and make in the tour.
  9. 9. The maximum waiting time is 05 mins, from the time the Guide/ Driver reports at the hotel for pick-up. The guide will look for the guest in the Lobby/Concierge area and if the guest is not found, will call the hotel room. If no answer is received from the room, the guide/driver will leave the premises and it will be considered a No-Show.
  10. 10. Guest who fails to avail of the service will have to make their own arrangement for transfers/tours. No Refund or Reschedule is applicable.
  11. 11. For Transfers & Tours: Guests are requested to be at the place of pickup/hotel lobby 05 minutes before the pick-up time as mentioned in the itinerary and may have to wait for a period of about 30 -45 minutes - depending upon - traffic, location of the hotel pick-ups scheduled for the day on the route.
  12. 12. Any guests not found at the time of vehicle arrival would be considered NO SHOW and no refund or rescheduling of their tour for another day or time would be considered
