100 cm in height travel free. Children above 130 cm are charged as adults
regardless of age. Extra charges may apply on the spot.

Guests must
carry a valid passport or photo ID along with their voucher or booking
confirmation to redeem tickets at the counter.
·
No refunds if
the guest does not attend the tour or visit the attraction.
·
The entire
tour duration, including pick-up and drop-off, must be completed within 8
hours.
·
Delays caused
by guests may incur surcharges or be considered a No-Show.
·
Pick-up time
must be confirmed at booking and reconfirmed before the tour date.
·
Schedules may
change due to traffic, weather, guest volume, or other unforeseen
circumstances.
·
Changes must
be made directly with the Duty Manager; messages to guides or drivers are not
valid for changes.
·
Private
transfer drivers wait 15 minutes at the pick-up location. If guests are not
present, the service will be marked No-Show and extra charges apply for
rebooking or waiting.
·
Guests who
miss the transfer or tour must arrange their own transportation; no refund or
rescheduling will be provided.
·
Guides will
attempt to contact guests in the hotel lobby or room; if unreachable, the
service will be deemed a No-Show.
·
Guests should
be at the pick-up point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time and may
wait 30-45 minutes due to traffic or routing.
