Booking & Confirmation

• Advance booking is recommended to secure a slot, especially during peak season.
• Booking confirmation will be provided via email or WhatsApp upon successful payment.
• Participants must present their booking confirmation at the snorkeling center upon arrival at North Bay Island.

Itinerary Guidelines

• Participants must arrange their own boat transfer to and from North Bay Island.
• Upon arrival at North Bay, participants should report to the designated snorkeling center at least 30 minutes before their scheduled session.
• The snorkeling session will be conducted in a designated reef area under the supervision of certified instructors.
• The total snorkeling experience, including briefing, gear setup, and water time, lasts approximately 20-30 minutes.
• Delays caused by participants will result in a reduced session duration, as schedules must be maintained.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a partial refund (as per operator policy).
• No refunds for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
• If the activity is canceled due to bad weather or safety concerns, participants will be offered a reschedule or full refund.

Participant Responsibility

• Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor.
• Any misconduct or failure to comply with guidelines may result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.
• The operator is not responsible for lost personal belongings during the activity.
