- The ticket is valid only for the specified date and time mentioned on it. By purchasing the ticket, the buyer agrees to comply with the rules and regulations set by the vessel’s management and all relevant statutory authorities.
- If the management identifies any inappropriate or illegal activity before or after boarding, they reserve the right to deny or revoke access to the guest. Passengers are expected to follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the management during the trip.
- Any damage or loss caused to the property by the guest will be chargeable. Additionally, bringing outside food and beverages on board is strictly prohibited.
Cancellation Policy
- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 2 days before the scheduled trip will receive a 100% refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made 1 day before the trip will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made on the same day as the trip are non-refundable
Weather Policy
- 1. In case of cancellation due to bad weather or technical issues, a full refund will be provided.
- 2. No refunds or claims will be entertained for cancellations caused by uncontrollable events.
