Required Document Checklist
1. Passport:
- Must be valid for at least 6 months from the application date.
- Provide a colored scanned copy of both the first and last pages of the passport.
2. Visa/Resident Permit:
- Applicants need to carry a valid visa or residence permit for the Schengen Area (valid only for multiple entries and residence permits), the USA (only B1/B2 visa holders and green card holders), the UK, or Ireland.
3. Travel Arrangements:
Hotel Reservations:
- Submit a valid copy of your accommodation booking.
- The document must include the hotel’s address, contact details, your name, and the reservation dates.
4. Occupational Information:
For Retirees:
- Provide valid proof of retirement.
- Include pension slips from the last 3 months.
For Students:
- A valid bonafide certificate from a recognized educational institution.
- A copy of the student ID card.
- A leave letter from the educational institution.
5. Invitation Details (If Staying with Family or Friends):
Invitation Letter:
- Include the invitee's name and valid passport number.
- Provide a colored copy or the original invitation letter specifying the duration and purpose of the visit.
ID/Passport:
- Submit a copy of the inviting person’s signature ID or passport.
Address & Contact Information:
- Provide the permanent address and contact numbers of the inviting person.
