How to Reach Jolly Buoy Island
Travel from Port Blair to Wandoor Jetty (30 km, 45-minute drive).
Take a government boat (45 minutes) to reach Jolly Buoy Island.
Boats operate only once a day in the morning, so early arrival is necessary.

72 hours before the tour: Full refund (excluding permit processing charges).
48 hours before the tour: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours before the tour or no-show: No refund.
Refunds are not applicable for boat cancellations due to weather or government restrictions.

Weather & Operational Conditions
The tour is weather-dependent and may be canceled due to rough seas or government restrictions.
If the tour is canceled by authorities, rescheduling is subject to availability; refunds are based on the cancellation policy.
