Evening start your journey From Delhi to Manali by Overnight Travel through A/C Volvo Note: You have to reach at 05:00 /6:00 /7:30 pm in Delhi our Volvo point (On your Own) i.e. RK Ashram / Majnuka Tilla Delhi.

Later returned back to Manali. At 5:30pm report at Manali Private Volvo Stand & return to Delhi.

Payment Structure & Bank details's payment policy for advance booking fees is as follows:

1. 30 days or more before the date of departure: Booking fee of 50% of the total cost is required.
2. 29 - 20 days before the date of departure: Booking fee of 75% of the total cost is required.
3. 19 days or less before the date of departure: The full payment of 100% of the total cost is required.
3. 100% of payment is required for non-refundable booking.

Cancellation Policy & Charges

1. Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the travel date will incur cancellation charges, which can range from 25% to 50% of the total tour package cost.
2. Bookings canceled within 15 days of the travel date or in the case of a no-show will result in a 100% retention charge, meaning no refund will be provided.
3. No refunds will be given for missed or unused services, including flights, trains, hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits, or any other services provided by
4. reserves the right to cancel your invoice if the advance amount of 50% of the total tour package cost is not provided.
5. In the event of clients being suspected of engaging in illegal activity or violent behavior, has the right to immediately stop services while holding all refunds.

Price Availability: The prices quoted are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. There is no blocking or reservation being held against the quoted price.

Hotel Room Availability: All hotel rooms are subject to availability, and final availability status will only be determined when booking requests are made.

Vehicle and Luggage: The vehicle mentioned in your booking will be provided. Extra charges may apply if additional or upgraded vehicles are needed due to travelers carrying extra or oversized luggage.

Vehicle Service: The cars provided are not for disposal but for point-to-point service. You should adhere to the timeline specified by the local coordinator to avoid inconvenience.

Itinerary Changes: Itineraries may change based on weather conditions and delays. Flexibility is important, and changes may be necessary for safety and enjoyment.

Room Size: It's important to note that room sizes in 3-star and some 4-star hotels in Singapore tend to be compact. Examples include a 3* hotel room size is not more than 150 sqft & a 4* not more than 200sqft. if room size is a priority, opting for a higher category hotel may offer more generous and comfortable living spaces.

Seat in Coach: (SIC) transfers involve shared bus transportation, meaning you will be traveling with other co-passengers. To ensure a smooth transfer, it is advised to be present at the designated pick-up location or hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Please be aware that waiting times of approximately 30-45 minutes may occur, depending on factors such as traffic conditions, the location of your hotel.

SIC Time: For shared (SIC) pickups, the maximum waiting time is 5 minutes. The guide or driver will actively search for you in the hotel lobby. Additionally, they may attempt to contact you, If there is no response within the 5-minute waiting period, it will be considered a No Show, and the guide or driver will proceed with the transfer accordingly. It is important to be prompt and available during the specified waiting time to avoid any inconvenience.

Tour Guide: There are no guides provided during sightseeing tours. You will be only dropped and picked up and you will need to explore attractions on your own.

Timings: For any change in pickup timing of private tours/transfers, request has to be made at least 24 hours in advance on our support number. Any request for last minute changes would not be considered.

Visa: We assist with visa applications for travelers, but visa approval rests solely with the Embassy. If the visa is rejected or delayed, we are not responsible for refunds, and standard cancellation policies will apply. The outcome of the visa application is at the Embassy's discretion.

Security Deposit: During hotel check-in, you may be required to provide an advance/security deposit, the amount determined by the hotel's policy. This deposit is refundable at check-out, subtracting any charges for items from the mini-bar, additional services, or damages incurred during your stay.

Passport: Ensure that the passports of all traveling guests are valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of travel.

Attraction Tickets: The cost and tickets for attractions related to children are determined by the age provided during the package quote creation. If service providers charge extra based on children's height or if incorrect passport information is provided, any additional costs must be covered by the customer on-site.

Early Check-Out: No refunds will be provided for unused nights or early check-out. In the case of a medical condition, the refund policy depends entirely on the hotel's specific policies.

Change in Itinerary: We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to factors like Force Majeure events, strikes, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. While efforts will be made to arrange suitable alternatives, we are not liable for any refunds or compensation claims resulting from such changes.

Airline Cancellation: If a flight is canceled, we are not responsible for providing alternative flights at the same cost. Any additional costs incurred for securing alternative flights will be the responsibility of the traveler.

Gala Dinner: If your stay coincides with special dates when the hotel organizes gala dinners (e.g 24th Dec, 31st Dec, 14th Feb), additional mandatory Gala Dinner Charges may apply. These charges are to be paid directly to the hotel.
